People Process Senior Associate (Workday): Integration, security configuration, and maintenance of Workday HCM and other HR technologies with an accent on security frameworks, role-based permissions, and cross-platform integrations. Focus on optimizing workflows, troubleshooting issues, ensuring compliance with GDPR/SOC2, and evolving HR towards AI-first operations through automation and data-driven enhancements.

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw (8 days per month in the office). Offer available to candidates currently eligible to live and work in Poland.

What you will do

  • Audit, configure, and maintain Workday security groups, permissions, organizational hierarchies, and business processes.
  • Optimize workflows, apply patches, test enhancements, and troubleshoot technical issues with root-cause analysis.
  • Design and manage integrations between Workday and enterprise systems like ERP, DataLake, LMS, CRM, ensuring data security and compliance.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to streamline employee lifecycle events, provide training, and support system usage.
  • Identify AI and automation opportunities to improve HR processes and decision-making.
  • Administer other HR systems, ensure data consistency, and deliver documentation.

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience with Workday HCM, including security, processes, workflows, and integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of organizational structures, cost centers, HR lifecycle processes.
  • Experience with other HR systems, cross-platform integrations, API management.
  • Familiarity with GDPR, SOC2, ITIL/ITSM frameworks.
  • Foundational understanding of AI concepts for HR applications.
  • Proficient English; excellent problem-solving, communication, collaboration skills.
  • Workday HCM certification preferred.
