What you will do

  • Build knowledge of Grafana technology, competitors, open source ecosystem, and industry trends
  • Follow up on inbound leads and proactively outreach to target accounts using email, social, and phone
  • Use Salesforce and Grafana dashboards for lead management and research
  • Prioritize and customize outreach to prospects via email and LinkedIn
  • Drive discovery conversations to understand needs and provide appropriate resources
  • Meet pipeline targets and collaborate with marketing and sales teams

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Located in Germany
  • Open to feedback and coaching
  • Clear and concise communication
  • Excellent organizational skills and prioritization
  • Resourceful, proactive, and team-oriented
