Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany (2 days a week in office)

What you will do

• Coach and advise managers and employees on day-to-day people operations and German labor law issues like compliance cases.
• Analyze data and trends to inform business strategy and partner with People Business Partners to prevent issues.
• Guide managers through talent management, pay reviews, and policy training.
• Advise on Workday processes and changes.
• Collaborate on people processes, change management, and cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• Approximately 2+ years in People Operations, Junior HR Business Partner, or similar role
• Basic knowledge of German labor law
• High business acumen, bias to action, and process improvement mindset
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS tools
• Fluency in English
