What you will do

  • Architect the end-to-end demand funnel, including target account identification, lead acquisition, and automated nurture streams.
  • Lead and scale a multidisciplinary global team of SDRs, digital marketers, and marketing operations specialists.
  • Execute Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies leveraging intent data to engage Tier 1 accounts.
  • Implement AI-driven workflows using tools like Gemini, Clay, and Zapier to automate research and personalize outreach at scale.
  • Manage multi-million dollar budgets with a focus on high-growth ROI and performance-based allocation.
  • Analyze funnel tracking and multi-touch ROI using DreamData and GA4 to inform future investment.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B Demand Generation, managing Digital Marketing, SDR, and Marketing Ops.
  • Proven track record in the Fintech or Payments industry.
  • Expertise in tech stack: Salesforce, Pardot, 6Sense, DreamData, GA4, and Gong.
  • Experience managing and motivating diverse teams across multiple time zones (EMEA, AMER, APAC).
  • Ability to travel occasionally to hub offices in London and Barcelona.
