What you will do
- Own end-to-end campaign execution in Marketo including setup, QA, and reporting.
- Build and optimize automated nurture journeys to accelerate lead conversion.
- Manage lead flow and data synchronization between Marketo and Salesforce.
- Set up webinar and event automation programs with post-event follow-ups.
- Implement A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
- Maintain and evolve lead scoring models to ensure marketing and sales alignment.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in marketing operations or campaign management in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Marketo (campaign logic, segmentation, and automation).
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM (campaign objects and lead management).
- Experience with webinar automation platforms such as Zoom or ON24.
- Analytical mindset with experience building lead scoring frameworks.
- Must be based within commuting distance of our London hub or willing to relocate.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Customer.io.
- Familiarity with data enrichment and attribution tools like Bizible or Looker.
- Strong understanding of SaaS funnel metrics from MQL to ARR.
