What you will do

• Design, analyze, and develop advanced mechanical systems ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Lead research and technical briefings to capture new business opportunities through innovative solutions.

• Provide technical leadership in estimating resources, developing schedules, and supervising fabrication, installation, testing, and maintenance.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance
• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 10-13 years of experience
• Extensive expertise in mechanical system design, structural analysis, and thermodynamics.
• Strong background in supervising fabrication, testing, and installation of complex systems.
• Advanced proficiency in CAD software for design, modeling, and simulation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.

Nice to have

• Experience with FEA and CFD for performance optimization.
• Knowledge of ASME, ANSI, ISO standards.
• Background in automation, robotics, or mechatronics.
• Hands-on experience with prototyping, machining, and assembly.
