What you will do

• Administer and manage the lifecycle of laboratory software solutions across manufacturing and R&D facilities.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, and Quality Assurance to ensure system performance and data integrity.
• Manage system configurations, user access, and patch deployments.
• Conduct periodic reviews and documentation updates to maintain validated system states.
• Support internal customers with technical troubleshooting and responsive issue resolution.
• Author and review compliance documentation including URS, FS, DS, and change control requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4-6 years of related experience.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Allentown, Pennsylvania.
• Strong experience with regulated laboratory software solutions (e.g., BIOVIA, LabX, Empower, SOLIDWORKS Manage).
• Proficiency with compliance standards, specifically 21 CFR Part 11.
• Ability to work a non-standard schedule and perform on-call duties as needed.
