Base Compensation Annualized Ranges: $142,600 - $178,300 (California, New York State, Washington State); $136,400 - $170,500 (Colorado). Other states may vary.

What you will do
- Own data architecture and mapping strategy for product reporting to enable self-serve insights.
- Deliver key performance insights via regular and ad-hoc analyses to guide investments and program evolution.
- Lead product experimentation including A/B testing, sample size determination, and results communication.
- Design, build, and maintain Amplitude and Tableau dashboards as source of truth for product teams.
- Partner with data engineering to improve data quality, standardize definitions, and scale reporting.
- Collaborate across analytics, data science, engineering, clinical, and product teams for aligned decisions.
- Explore and integrate AI-driven approaches into product analytics.
Requirements
- Remote, USA – must be eligible to work in the United States.
- 2+ years deep expertise in product or mobile analytics (ideally 7+ years), including user behavior analysis.
- Expert SQL skills with experience designing and developing queries and reports.
- Experience with A/B testing and statistical measurement.
- Strong relational database design/development skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
- Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills; track record on multiple projects under deadlines.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Python or R.
- Advanced data visualization experience.
- Background in healthcare and experience with PHI.
- Knowledge of population health metrics.
