What you will do

• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns end-to-end, generating lead and pipeline growth
• Prioritize channels and media data-driven to increase ROI, efficiency, and reach
• Create campaign assets collaborating with internal teams, experts, and agencies
• Work on German, Spanish, and U.S. campaigns to expand international brand presence
• Prepare performance analyses and reports (traffic, CTR, CPL, lead quality, funnel KPIs) with action recommendations
• Optimize campaigns based on KPIs, working with Performance Marketing Managers and tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, MailChimp

Requirements

• 3+ years in operational B2B or services marketing, ideally international
• Proven experience executing multi-channel and email campaigns
• Excellent reporting, data analysis, and KPI-driven marketing skills
• Confident with Salesforce, HubSpot or similar CRM/automation tools
• Fluent German and English; Spanish a plus
• Hands-on mentality, fast execution, passion for KPIs
