What you will do

• Own the demand generation strategy for enterprise accounts, managing channel mix, budgets, and performance targets.
• Lead multi-channel execution across LinkedIn Ads, search, social, email, SEO, and AEO.
• Take full accountability for pipeline generation targets in close partnership with Sales and RevOps.
• Optimize conversion flows and design nurture programs to reduce friction across the B2B sales cycle.
• Scale the automated marketing engine using HubSpot/Salesforce and implement pragmatic AI workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B growth or demand generation, preferably in SaaS or a fast-moving startup.
• Proven hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Ads to drive pipeline.
• Experience managing demand generation budgets with accountability for outcomes.
• Proficiency with HubSpot and/or Salesforce.
• Analytical mindset for attribution models, cohort analysis, and forecasting.
• English: C1 level or higher (written and spoken).
