What you will do

  • Develop and execute the DACH demand generation strategy to hit revenue goals.
  • Own and report on key demand KPIs, lead generation, and pipeline metrics.
  • Execute marketing programs and manage online/offline events to engage target industries.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer service teams to create cohesive campaigns and content.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners and influencers.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify new pipeline generation opportunities.

Requirements

  • Native-level German speaker and fluent English (written and spoken).
  • 3-4+ years of experience in B2B Demand Generation with a focus on pipeline generation.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua) and Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of data-driven decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience managing all aspects of demand and pipeline generation campaigns.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
