TL;DR
Marketing Campaigns Manager (SaaS): Responsible for building, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns in Marketo that drive the customer journey from first touch through to expansion with an accent on scalable marketing automation and campaign excellence. Focus on building and optimizing automated nurture journeys, managing lead flow and data integrity, and implementing A/B testing to improve engagement and performance.
Location: Must be based within commuting distance of 's hubs. Relocation support is available.

What you will do
- Own end-to-end campaign execution in Marketo, including programme setup, QA, deployment, and reporting.
- Build and optimise automated nurture journeys that move leads through the funnel and accelerate conversion to SQLs and pipeline.
- Manage lead flow and data integrity between Marketo, Salesforce, and other tools in the martech stack.
- Implement and optimise A/B testing, audience segmentation, and personalisation to improve engagement and performance.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, producing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with demand generation, product marketing, and sales teams to deliver integrated, high-impact campaigns.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years’ experience in marketing operations or campaign management within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Marketo, including campaign builds, automation logic, segmentation, and reporting.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including campaign objects, data flows, and lead management.
- Experience managing webinar or event automation (e.g. Zoom, ON24, GoToWebinar).
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting campaign data to inform decisions.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with strong attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Customer.io for lifecycle or customer engagement campaigns.
- Familiarity with data enrichment, attribution, or analytics tools (e.g. Bizible, Looker, Google Analytics).
- Understanding of SaaS funnel metrics, from MQL to ARR, and how to align marketing activity to revenue impact.
