What you will do
- Own paid search campaigns: keyword strategy, copy, structure, bid logic, and optimization across European markets.
- Build landing pages end-to-end for campaigns, competitors, and new use cases.
- Handle SEO and content: keyword research, briefs, publishing, and performance tracking in multiple languages.
- Manage marketing ops: automation workflows, CRM hygiene, lead routing, and campaign attribution.
- Localize campaigns and assets for ES, FR, DE, IT, PT, adapting tone and regulatory context.
- Provide reporting and analysis to identify wins, issues, and next steps.
Requirements
- 1–3 years in B2B SaaS marketing (performance, content, growth, or ops)
- Experience running campaigns or channels independently.
- Comfortable with data analysis, e.g., search terms reports.
- Strong writer in Spanish or English at near-native level
- Familiarity with Google Ads, CMS, CRM (HubSpot a plus).
- Experience with multi-market or multilingual campaigns.
- Thrives in ambiguity at 0-to-1 pace.
