TL;DR

Marketing & Growth (B2B SaaS): Own paid search campaigns, landing pages, SEO, content, marketing ops, and localization across ES, FR, DE, IT, PT markets with an accent on multi-market strategy, performance optimization, and data analysis. What you will do

  • Own paid search campaigns: keyword strategy, copy, structure, bid logic, and optimization across European markets.
  • Build landing pages end-to-end for campaigns, competitors, and new use cases.
  • Handle SEO and content: keyword research, briefs, publishing, and performance tracking in multiple languages.
  • Manage marketing ops: automation workflows, CRM hygiene, lead routing, and campaign attribution.
  • Localize campaigns and assets for ES, FR, DE, IT, PT, adapting tone and regulatory context.
  • Provide reporting and analysis to identify wins, issues, and next steps.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in B2B SaaS marketing (performance, content, growth, or ops)
  • Experience running campaigns or channels independently.
  • Comfortable with data analysis, e.g., search terms reports.
  • Strong writer in Spanish or English at near-native level
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, CMS, CRM (HubSpot a plus).
  • Experience with multi-market or multilingual campaigns.
  • Thrives in ambiguity at 0-to-1 pace.
