TL;DR

Senior Director Revenue Operations (SaaS): Supporting the Revenue Organization to drive revenue growth and enhance client experience with an accent on actionable insights, systems and process administration, and alignment between internal teams. Focus on translating growth goals into actionable plans across sales capacity, pipeline management, and forecasting.

Location: Remote (US-only)

Salary: $190,000 - $230,000 USD per year, plus 20% annual bonus

What you will do

  • Translate growth goals into actionable plans across sales capacity, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Design, administer, and continuously optimize sales compensation and programs.
  • Oversee the strategy and management of revenue technology, including CRM, sales engagement platforms, and compensation systems.
  • Lead business reviews to provide visibility and accountability to sales teams.
  • Provide monthly state of the business reviews through cadenced reporting and presentations.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Revenue Operations team.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience leading a Revenue Operations or Analytics team.
  • Demonstrated success, knowledge, and expertise in Revenue Operations within a SaaS environment.
  • Comfort and expertise manipulating and analyzing large datasets.
  • Proven SalesForce subject matter expert with experience creating reports, optimizing processes, and managing dashboards.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience leading cross-functional collaboration with go-to-market teams.

Nice to have

  • SalesForce certification
  • Management and/or administration of Revenue Stack including Salesforce, Marketo, Hubspot, Salesloft, ZoomInfo
  • Experience supporting high-volume sales organizations
  • Background working closely with finance on revenue analysis and planning
