TL;DR

Field Operations & Incentives Manager (RevOps): Own the field-facing layer of Revenue Operations including compensation plan design, territory and quota administration, and rules of engagement with an accent on sales productivity and incentive plan effectiveness. What you will do

  • Design and rollout sales compensation plans for quota-carrying roles, including benchmarking, enablement materials, and field communications.
  • Manage territory structures, quota cascades, and rules-of-engagement frameworks governing commissions, account assignments, and disputes.
  • Handle field-facing processes like deal crediting, rep transitions, adjustments, and exceptions with full documentation and audit trails.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, and HR on comp modeling, process optimization, and tooling requirements.
  • Measure sales productivity, attainment, and plan effectiveness; build reporting infrastructure and recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years in Revenue Operations at high-growth SaaS/tech company; experience with consumption-based models a plus.
  • Proven track record designing comp plans, ROE, and territory frameworks across multiple roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets; ICM tools (CaptivateIQ, Everstage, Spiff) preferred; Salesforce familiarity.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and cross-functional orchestration in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Field-first mindset with love for sales org partnership and precision in high-stakes processes.
