What you will do

• Analyze customer contracts and product selections to determine optimal renewal paths.
• Engage with customers and partners to address inquiries, concerns, and escalations while communicating renewal offerings.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities to drive revenue growth in collaboration with sales.
• Evaluate and improve renewal processes, including automation and workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, customer success, and product teams for alignment on renewal status, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements

• Fluent English language skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or marketing preferred, or relevant experience.
• Experience in sales, customer success, channel partners, or renewal management preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce (Lightning, CPQ), Outreach, Excel, Power BI, and Outlook.
