What you will do
- Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives (CIOs, CISOs) to propose tailored cybersecurity services.
- Develop new-logo business through lead generation, social selling, and company-supported programs.
- Position services including red teaming, ISO 27001 advisory, NIST program development, and penetration testing.
- Perform technical pre-sales engineering, collaborating with delivery teams to scope and design client-specific solutions.
- Draft custom proposal content and manage the sales pipeline via CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build awareness and credibility.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or technology consulting sales with direct account management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, meeting large quotas, and bringing in new logos.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Familiarity with security compliance and audit frameworks such as NIST, CMMC, SOC, ISO, PCI, and HITRUST.
- Ability to travel up to 30% for industry conferences and client meetings.
Nice to have
- 3+ years of experience in a technical cybersecurity or GRC role.
- Advanced certifications such as CISA, CISSP, GIAC, CISM, CCSP, CCNP Security, or CCIE Security.
