What you will do

• Ensure accurate upload of closed contracts into Salesforce.
• Verify product configurations and input financial data into Workday.
• Provide ongoing CRM support and troubleshooting for the global sales team.
• Process contract amendments and alterations with high attention to detail.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Development teams to optimize process workflows.
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve speed and accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be able to work from London or Cambridge office at least 2 days a week.
• Strong organizational and independent project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (formulas, functions, pivot tables).
• Ability to interact professionally with senior staff and build rapport across departments.
• Proven ability to manage tight deadlines, especially during month-end periods.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce and Workday.
• Knowledge of enterprise sales cycles, forecasting methodology, and KPI reporting.
