What you will do

• Deliver instructor-led and hands-on training on processes, equipment, quality, and safety
• Facilitate onboarding for new hires and ensure timely certification
• Evaluate trainee performance via observation, assessments, and skills verification
• Provide real-time coaching and reinforcement on the production floor
• Maintain training records and ensure adherence to SOPs and EHS requirements
• Partner with Production, Quality, and Engineering to identify gaps and support cross-training

Requirements

• 3+ years in manufacturing, assembly, or industrial environment
• Experience delivering training or mentoring in production preferred
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety standards
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly
• Comfort facilitating small group training sessions
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with computer systems
