What you will do

• Deliver new-hire onboarding and lead simulated production exercises.
• Train employees on MES usage, work instruction navigation, and andon systems.
• Support training for IPC awareness, ESD, FOD, and safety standards.
• Provide on-the-job training (OJT) for staff transitioning roles or needing coaching.
• Maintain training records, skill matrices, and qualification evidence.
• Collaborate with Quality and Manufacturing Engineering to update training standards.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or UAV production.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, work instructions, and production documentation.
• Familiarity with MES systems and production execution tools.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and complete E-Verify.
• Ability to assess practical skill gaps and employee readiness.

Nice to have

• Experience mentoring or coaching production employees.
• Familiarity with IPC, ESD, FOD, or aerospace manufacturing standards.
