What you will do

  • Lead the global strategy, design, and governance of all sales compensation programs.
  • Develop scalable compensation structures aligned with corporate revenue goals and go-to-market strategies.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior GTM leadership and executive teams regarding compensation trends and outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Customer Success, HR, and IT to ensure seamless plan execution.
  • Provide analytical insights to drive performance and ensure competitiveness in incentive design.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States due to role-specific requirements.
  • Extensive experience in sales compensation strategy, design, and governance within a high-growth environment.
  • Proven ability to partner with executive leadership and cross-functional departments.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills related to incentive planning.
  • Experience supporting organizations scaling toward significant revenue milestones (e.g., $1B+).
