What you will do

• Handle cash transactions, count cash, sell monetary instruments, redeem savings bonds, and process loan payments
• Manage teller, vault, night depository, and ATM operations
• Balance cash drawer accurately at end of day and support branch operational activities
• Assist customers with account selection, cross-sell products and services, and maintain accounts in core system
• Perform clerical duties, promote bank business, ensure regulatory compliance, and report suspicious activities
• Provide account research and superior customer service

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred
• Minimum 1 year of banking experience and cash-handling experience required
• Experience with Teller Cash Recycler Machine required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills; self-motivated and adaptable in fast-paced environment
