What you will do

• Define and drive technical program strategy for multi-team initiatives across search and shopping flows.
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex programs by establishing governance, milestones, and success metrics.
• Lead technical planning and architectural alignment with engineering partners to manage cross-system dependencies.
• Develop and operate program-level risk management, status reporting, and executive communication mechanisms.
• Champion engineering excellence by integrating resiliency, observability, and security into program design.
• Coordinate AI/ML-enabled solutions, ensuring teams align on responsible AI use and measurable impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Extensive experience in technical program management driving large-scale, cross-functional engineering initiatives.
• Demonstrated success owning complex programs from inception through operationalization.
• Strong ability to influence distributed system design, APIs, and technical trade-offs with engineering leadership.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting program status and risks to senior executive leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
