What you will do

• Own day-to-day program execution for the Life Sciences experiment team, maintaining project plans and tracking milestones.
• Act as the primary operational interface between science and platform partners (Automation, ML, Engineering) to align priorities.
• Translate scientific program goals into structured workstreams that enable autonomous experimentation at scale.
• Facilitate program rituals, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Partner with leadership to surface blockers, risks, and interdependencies early to drive resolution.
• Support the delivery of commercial contracts by scoping and tracking program commitments with the Product & Revenue team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of program or project management experience in a life sciences or biotechnology environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Bioengineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent programs in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Ability to coordinate scientific and operational stakeholders and manage complex cross-functional dependencies.
• Scientific fluency to understand and communicate program goals to technical partner teams.
• Experience supporting commercial program delivery and working with external partners or customers.

Nice to have

• Early-stage startup experience.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, or Jira.
• PMP, PgMP, or agile certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe).
