TL;DR

Enterprise Leader (AI): Scaling hirify.global’s enterprise sales team and go-to-market motion for high-value organizations with an accent on complex, multi-threaded deal cycles in IT, Security, and Engineering. Focus on building the sales playbook from scratch, coaching a team of high-performing AEs, and establishing executive-level relationships at target accounts.

Location: Must be based in New York (On-site)

Salary: $350,000 OTE + Equity + Commission

What you will do

  • Build and scale the enterprise account executive team from the ground up, including hiring and territory definition.
  • Coach and develop the team on enterprise deal strategy, multi-threading, executive alignment, and pipeline management.
  • Drive enterprise quota attainment, pipeline coverage, and accurate revenue forecasting.
  • Own and close key enterprise accounts as a player-coach to model best practices.
  • Develop and refine the enterprise sales playbook, including account planning and outbound strategy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering to influence roadmaps and enterprise readiness.

Requirements

  • Must be located in New York for on-site work.
  • 7–10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with 2–3+ years in enterprise leadership.
  • Proven track record of scaling enterprise sales teams at early- to growth-stage companies.
  • Experience managing long, complex sales cycles (6–12+ months) with C-suite and VP-level buyers.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach multi-threaded deals and navigate procurement and legal processes.
  • Exceptional leadership communication and executive presence.

Nice to have

  • Deep familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC or Challenger.
  • Proficiency with modern sales tech stack including Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong.
  • Experience leading technical sales motions, including proof-of-concepts and security reviews.
