TL;DR

Sales Account Executive (AI SaaS): Driving new revenue by owning full-cycle sales motions for strategic mid-market customers with an accent on consultative selling, AI-driven revenue enablement, and influencing messaging and pipeline strategy. Focus on prospecting, navigating complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, achieving quotas, and partnering on renewals and expansions.

Location: Hybrid in Denver, CO. Must be able to work legally in the US.

What you will do

  • Own and manage pipeline of strategic mid-market accounts through full-cycle sales including prospecting, discovery, alignment, negotiation, and closing.
  • Generate personal pipeline via outbound prospecting and account development.
  • Lead complex sales conversations, handle objections, and engage C-level stakeholders across multi-stakeholder cycles.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets in a quota-driven environment while tracking activities in Salesforce.
  • Partner with Customer Success on renewals and expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to influence messaging, positioning, and sales strategy for AI products.

Requirements

  • 5+ years as quota-carrying Account Executive in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Proven track record closing deals, exceeding quotas, and bringing new products to market.
  • Experience with full lifecycle sales, complex cycles (1-6 months), and selling to multiple organizational levels including C-level.
  • Comfortable with Salesforce, high clock speed, analytical mindset, and effective prioritization.
  • Ability to work legally in the US.
  • Team player with positive attitude and consultative selling approach.

  • Experience in learning, enablement, sales leadership, or revenue operations space.
