Salary: $85K – $120K base + commission + equity

What you will do
- Own and manage pipeline of strategic mid-market accounts through full-cycle sales from prospecting to closing
- Lead discovery, solution alignment, objection handling, and negotiations with multi-stakeholder teams including C-level executives
- Generate personal pipeline via outbound prospecting and account development
- Partner with Customer Success on renewals and expansions while tracking activities in Salesforce
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment
- Collaborate cross-functionally to influence messaging and strategy for AI-first products
Requirements
- 5+ years as quota-carrying Account Executive in B2B SaaS sales
- Proven track record closing deals, exceeding quotas, and handling 1-6 month complex sales cycles
- Experience with full lifecycle sales, C-level exposure, and multi-stakeholder navigation
- Comfortable with Salesforce, high clock speed, and analytical detail-orientation
- Must be able to work legally in the US
- Team player with positive attitude and ability to prioritize in fast-paced settings
