What you will do

• Own the full growth funnel for Circles, including paid and organic acquisition, conversion, activation, retention, referrals, and upgrades.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across mobile and social channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, and beyond).
• Lead a cross-functional growth team of marketers, product managers, and designers.
• Identify, pilot, and scale AI tools across acquisition, creative, and lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of growth or performance marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role at a consumer company.
• Deep experience in paid user acquisition across mobile and social platforms.
• A genuine, ongoing obsession with AI in marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with dashboards.
• Experience marketing a subscription product and understanding of the economics of LTV, payback periods, and sustainable growth.
