What you will do

• Own and evolve the marketing technology stack, ensuring system reliability and data flow.
• Drive continuous optimization of tools like Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, and LeanData.
• Lead data strategy, including collection, governance, and analysis for personalized campaigns.
• Ensure seamless integration between marketing and adjacent GTM systems.
• Develop robust reporting mechanisms to track lead flow, routing, and attribution.
• Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Marketing Management.
• Deep proficiency with an enterprise tech stack including Marketo, Salesforce, and LeanData.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-informed decision-making.
• Proven project and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Deep understanding of current marketing technology trends and strategies.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Marketo ACE-MEBP certification.
• Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools.
