Salary: $127,000 – $160,000 + equity

What you will do

• Administer and optimize the MarTech stack, including HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, and Clay.
• Translate B2B Marketing and SDR business requirements into scalable platform configurations and workflows.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Administration to ensure seamless data flow and reliable lead/contact routing.
• Provide production support by troubleshooting and resolving root-cause issues for end users.
• Drive GTM AI adoption by identifying automation and AI augmentation opportunities within the stack.
• Manage vendor relationships to maximize ROI and ensure appropriate support levels.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing systems, or a GTM systems role.
• Deep hands-on expertise with marketing automation and sales engagement platforms.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and data model design.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into well-architected system solutions.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the Austin, Chicago, DC, or NYC offices.
