What you will do

• Develop custom Salesforce Lightning Web components, OmniScripts, Data Mappers, and Integration Procedures.
• Create and optimize custom Apex triggers, classes, and controllers to extend platform functionality.
• Configure Salesforce Flow automations, page layouts, record types, and field configurations.
• Build and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and analytics for service metrics.
• Perform integration tasks between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and Mulesoft.
• Manage Salesforce security profiles, permission sets, and Experience Cloud environments.

Requirements

• US Citizenship is mandatory to obtain and maintain Top Secret level security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and customer-facing environments.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Proficiency with custom Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and platform configuration.
• Experience with Agile development practices and the Atlassian product suite.
