What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, go-to-market, and/or operations roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Clearly articulate the company's mission, product, and culture to candidates, guiding them through the interview process.
• Identify and execute opportunities to improve recruiting strategy, employer brand, interview process, and candidate experience.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline, track metrics accurately, and provide feedback to leadership on candidate expectations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with some time spent at a high-growth startup.
• Experience recruiting technical, go-to-market, and/or ops talent.
• Ability to position startup equity and growth potential against bigger, more established companies.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable with shifting priorities and balancing multiple urgent roles.
