What you will do

• Perform initial screening consultations for member enrollment using Twin guidelines.
• Utilize the Twin Platform for medication management decisions and writing prescriptions.
• Monitor critical symptoms and provide follow-up consultations as needed.
• Oversight of APP management for the member population with regular collaboration.
• Respond to member voicemails on questions or prior authorizations.
• Provide feedback on new technology and protocols to improve patient care.

Requirements

• MD/DO with ABMS Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
• Minimum 2-3 years of clinical practice experience
• Active state licenses in multiple states or ILMC Compact license
• Excellent communication skills focused on clinician-patient interaction
• Available for quarterly on-call rotation
• Willingness to learn new technology platforms and deliver remote video-based consults
• Ability to work closely with NPs and PAs providing clinical oversight
• This remote opportunity is available to US-based persons
