What you will do
- Design and operate core GTM processes, metrics, and rhythms to drive predictable bookings, retention, and expansion.
- Own pipeline health, forecast accuracy, stage consistency, and revenue forecasting with high-accuracy visibility to ELT and board.
- Align GTM teams on ICP, segmentation, lead qualification, SLAs, and shared metrics as a single source of truth.
- Act as system owner for GTM tech stack including Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, Clari, and Outreach; modernize and integrate tools.
- Champion AI-native operations with AI-assisted forecasting, workflow automation, and intelligent alerting.
- Recruit, hire, and develop high-performing RevOps team; serve as player-coach during build phase.
Requirements
- US-Remote: must be eligible to work in the US
- 12+ years progressive RevOps or Sales Ops experience, 3+ years senior leadership in B2B SaaS.
- Deep Salesforce expertise (admin-level+), hands-on with GTM tools like Clari, Gainsight, HubSpot, Outreach.
- Proven revenue forecasting, pipeline visibility, and scaling RevOps through growth stages (Series C+, pre-IPO).
- Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, dbt, Snowflake) and partnering with analytics teams.
- Hands-on AI-assisted GTM tools and background in cybersecurity, AI/ML-driven products preferred.
