Focus on designing a predictive revenue machine, orchestrating complex GTM strategies, and leading data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Redwood City, CA (Hybrid)

Salary: $225,000 - $270,000

What you will do

  • Define and implement an end-to-end RevOps function across enterprise sales, channel partners, customer success, and marketing.
  • Lead annual and quarterly GTM planning including pipeline modeling, ARR targets, and territory optimization.
  • Architect an AI-enabled GTM tech stack while establishing global data governance and unified modeling.
  • Drive company-wide revenue forecasting and pipeline health using predictive models.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team focused on systems, analytics, and deal desk operations.
  • Partner with leadership to iterate on pricing models tailored for GenAI and consumption-based contracts.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM Strategy with 5+ years in senior leadership.
  • Proven experience scaling RevOps in high-growth SaaS environments, ideally from $20M to $100M+ ARR.
  • Deep expertise in both direct enterprise sales and partner/channel ecosystems.
  • Strong systems thinker with hands-on experience in Salesforce, forecasting tools like Clari, and CS platforms like Gainsight.
  • Strong command of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC/LTV) and revenue modeling.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Redwood City, CA.
