TL;DR

Business Operations Lead (AI): Optimizing core company systems across GTM, finance, and operations to scale a next-gen AI infrastructure company with an accent on strategic planning and cross-functional execution. Focus on designing systems, building reporting dashboards, and driving high-priority initiatives to accelerate growth.

Location: Flexible (Remote or San Francisco); Relocation support provided

Compensation: $150,000–$250,000 + equity

Building an open superintelligence infrastructure stack that aggregates global compute to enable end-to-end reinforcement learning at frontier scale.

What you will do

  • Build and optimize core company systems across GTM, finance, operations, and product.
  • Drive operational initiatives end-to-end from scoping to execution.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting for revenue, compute usage, and burn metrics.
  • Partner with leadership on operating cadence, quarterly planning, and board materials.
  • Manage vendor and partner coordination including compute suppliers and service providers.
  • Improve internal processes to reduce friction in contracting, onboarding, and budgeting.

Requirements

  • 3 to 7 years in business operations, strategy, consulting, finance, or startup ops.
  • Strong analytical abilities including financial modeling, forecasting, and data synthesis.
  • Proven ability to create structure and repeatable processes from ambiguity.
  • Comfort working with technical products and high-level machine learning concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across engineering and GTM teams.
  • Must be based in San Francisco or willing to relocate to the US for onsite work if choosing the office option.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in a startup or founder role.
  • Understanding of cloud compute, ML workflows, or infrastructure economics.
  • Hands-on experience with Notion, HubSpot, Salesforce, or BI tools.
