What you will do

  • Assist on Die-Cast segments of the Hot Wheels team.
  • Support toy strategy development by segment.
  • Support toy pricing architecture and competitive positioning.
  • Gather consumer and play insights specific to toy usage and patterns.
  • Collaborate with Design/R&D to bring toys from concept to shelf.
  • Monitor toy business performance including POS, revenue, margin, and SKU productivity.
  • Provide input to Brand Marketing on packaging, messaging, and feature storytelling.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in brand marketing (brand or agency side), franchise management/marketing, content marketing, or purpose-driven strategy/marketing.
  • Project management skills to handle complex product development timelines.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and financial skills (forecasting, pricing, SKU productivity, competitive analysis).
  • Financial acumen with P&L management experience.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams (design, manufacturing).
  • Excellent communication skills: storytelling, presentations, and influencing.
