Associate Brand Manager (Marketing): Support the Brand Manager with strategic marketing plans, consumer insights, and data-driven recommendations while leading execution for assigned national and test initiatives. Location: In office at hirify.global Restaurant Support Center (1 Dave Thomas Blvd, Dublin, OH 43017), at least 4 days a week

Salary: $93,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually

What you will do

  • Assist in developing detailed strategic marketing plans and recommendations.
  • Identify consumer insights and opportunities to shape creative briefs and marketing campaigns.
  • Lead project and cross-functional engagement for assigned national and test initiatives, including coordination, timeline management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Analyze business and program performance, industry data, consumer research, and competitive initiatives to inform strategic recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Business case writing, marketing financial analysis, and P&L management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • Work in the office at least 4 days a week at the hirify.global Restaurant Support Center (or other company-designated locations).
