Implementation Engineer (AI/Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead technical product implementations and customer onboarding, including environment configuration, system testing, UAT support, cutover, and hypercare.
• Advise customers on best practices and translate accounting challenges into solutions using the platform.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with customers and the Engineering team during and after deployment.
• Improve implementation workflows and build lightweight internal tools and automation scripts.
• Create and maintain documentation that enables customer self-service.
• Structure customer feedback and collaborate with Product and Engineering on product improvements and prioritization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing software implementation projects in a SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience with accounting ERP systems as an accountant, ERP administrator, or implementation consultant.
• Ability to understand and explain complex systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and create simple scripts.
• Strong accounting domain knowledge, ideally including CPA experience or month-end close and reporting expertise.
• Confident communication with finance users and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work on-site from the Amsterdam or London office.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience with SQL, Python, Node.js, or software development principles.

Hiring process

• Initial 30-minute call with an Implementation Engineer.
• Second 30-minute conversation, followed by a take-home task and a one-hour panel interview.
• Final 30-minute conversation with the CEO, followed by an offer.
