What you will do

• Lead product implementation and onboarding, including environment configuration, system tests, UAT, cutover, and hypercare support.
• Advise customers on best practices, translate accounting problems into solutions, and troubleshoot issues with Engineering.
• Build processes, internal tools, and automation scripts to improve workflows and scale efficiency.
• Develop and refine documentation for better client self-service.
• Capture customer feedback and collaborate with Product and Engineering on improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years managing software implementation projects in SaaS, as internal lead or consultant.
• Deep hands-on ERP experience as power user, accountant, admin, or consultant; NetSuite and Dynamics 365 a plus.
• Technical proficiency to explain systems, self-solve problems; SQL, basic scripting (Python, Node.js) a plus.
• Strong accounting knowledge, ideally CPA or month-end close experience, for confident customer engagement.
