Head of Business Systems & Security (AI)

What you will do

• Own the business systems estate, including Salesforce, NetSuite, Workato, DealHub, integrations, and data governance.
• Set the architecture, operating model, governance, and roadmap for business systems and IT.
• Own the SOC 2 Type II programme, security policies, risk register, identity and access management, and endpoint estate.
• Lead customer security assurance, including questionnaires, RFPs, and enterprise due diligence.
• Define AI adoption, governance, acceptable use, data handling, training, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Lead and grow a small systems engineering team and manage specialist delivery partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in business systems, IT, or BizTech within B2B SaaS, including 3+ years leading a function or team.
• Hands-on ownership of enterprise CRM, ERP, and integration platforms, with experience equivalent to Salesforce, NetSuite, and Workato.
• Accountable ownership of a SOC 2 Type II or ISO 27001 programme.
• Experience owning identity and access management, SSO, and device estates across multiple countries and a 100+ person organization.
• Strong practical AI experience, including implementing AI in workflows used by other teams.
• Ability to translate technical trade-offs into commercial impact and remain hands-on with system configuration and design.
