Global CPQ Project Manager (CPQ): Leading end-to-end CPQ initiatives for systems protection products with an accent on requirements gathering, API integrations, and cross-functional delivery. What you will do
- Plan and lead end-to-end CPQ projects from discovery and scoping through implementation, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and translate business needs into functional specifications for CPQ enhancements and configurations.
- Drive API-based integrations with Salesforce, Infor M3 ERP, Pricefx, distributor websites, AWS-based backend services, and React-based CPQ applications.
- Coordinate Sales, Product Management, Pricing, Marketing, Engineering, development, administration, and vendor stakeholders.
- Support change management, user training, adoption, CPQ governance, and process improvement.
- Contribute to strategic and commercial CPQ initiatives across Systems Protection.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; an MBA is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience as a product owner or project coordinator, preferably in manufacturing or industrial products.
- Experience managing CPQ systems, preferably Tacton CPQ, or related sales enablement and quote-to-cash projects.
- Understanding of sales processes, pricing, product configuration, quoting, and commercial operations.
- Project management experience with Agile, Jira, Confluence, or similar delivery environments.
- Proficient English and strong communication, analytical, organizational, and stakeholder-influence skills.

- MBA degree.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial products environment.
