TL;DR
Head of User Acquisition (Performance Marketing): Lead global user acquisition strategy for a social discovery app with an accent on performance marketing, creative strategy, ASO and channel diversification. Focus on improving acquisition efficiency, reducing cost per registration, increasing ROAS, and scaling strategies across 10+ countries with particular attention to US campaigns.
Location: Hybrid in Paris, France (2 days at the office per month)

What you will do
- Own global user acquisition strategy across paid, organic, ASO and emerging channels
- Manage and optimize multi-million dollar monthly performance marketing budget on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Snap, Google, Reddit, Apple Search Ads
- Improve acquisition efficiency by reducing cost per registration and increasing ROAS in core markets, especially US
- Lead media buying, bidding, audience targeting, creative testing, and budget allocation
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Brand Marketing to enhance funnel performance and decision-making
- Build, coach, and grow a high-performing user acquisition team
Requirements
- 10+ years in user acquisition, growth or performance marketing for B2C consumer apps (social, gaming, dating preferred)
- Proven track record scaling paid acquisition across multiple markets, especially US, with significant budgets
- Deep expertise in Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, programmatic advertising
- Experience with incrementality testing, attribution models, lifecycle marketing, GDPR, iOS ATT, Google Privacy Sandbox
- Leadership experience building and managing growth teams
- Strong sense of effective Gen Z creative
