What you will do

• Define Paid Social & Display strategies across on-platform (Meta Shop) and off-platform tactics (Meta Advantage+).
• Manage day-to-day campaign builds and audience creation for Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google.
• Own and optimize key performance metrics, including Revenue, ROAS, and Cost% against forecasts.
• Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly performance insights versus KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal performance marketing, DTC, finance, and social/influencer teams.

Requirements

• Solid experience in Paid Social & Display, preferably within the eCommerce sector.
• Hands-on expertise with Meta Business Manager and TikTok Ads/Shop.
• Strong data analysis skills, specifically regarding measurement and attribution.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with proven multitasking skills.
