What you will do

• Launch Anchor Mission by mapping and enlisting respected customers to host events attracting prospects and influencers.
• Build networks with prospects, influencers, and local entities like trade associations.
• Plan, execute, and measure impact of local events from breakfasts to networking gatherings at customer sites.
• Create raw, real customer stories and videos for social media and sales materials in collaboration with social team.
• Update field sales materials with fresh data and stories from local activities.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, account, product, social, and partnership teams.

Requirements

• Hospitality industry experience and contacts required.
• Scrappy content creation skills: film, edit, write using Canva, iMovie, Google Suite, and AI tools.
• Comfortable working out of office in assigned cities for connections.
• Self-starter with strategic independence and sales cycle understanding.
• Strong event organization experience, ideally in hospitality.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, Looker, Hootsuite.
• Knowledge of UTM links and QR codes for tracking.
