What you will do

• Build and manage outbound campaign workflows using AI tools like Clay, Outreach, and Retell.
• Research and create targeted prospect lists with AI enrichment and intent data.
• Draft, test, and iterate on email sequences and LinkedIn messaging using AI copywriting.
• Maintain and clean customer data in HubSpot, Salesforce, and Snowflake.
• Monitor campaign metrics and build reporting dashboards.
• Evaluate new AI tools and document SOPs for processes.

Requirements

• Current full-time student at a top 25 MBA program
• Strong written communication skills for persuasive copy.
• Curiosity and comfort with AI tools like Claude.
• Experience with Clay, Apollo.io, Outreach, Instantly, or Lemlist.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Ability to analyze data and draw insights from metrics.
• Detail-oriented with organizational skills for multiple campaigns.
• Self-starter comfortable with prompt engineering and structured AI outputs.
• Familiarity with email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
