What you will do

• Support digital marketing campaigns, including strategy, planning, execution, measurement, and optimization.
• Learn how to use Account-Based Marketing Platforms (Demandbase), Marketing Operations Platforms (Marketo, Salesforce), and Project Management Platforms (Jira).
• Leverage generative AI tools to assist with campaign research and execution.
• Assist with reporting and media analytics.
• Follow up with external partners, including creative and media agencies, on deliverables.
• Train an AI model to identify attributes that effectively drive lead generation across hirify.global’s media mix for a capstone project.

Requirements

• Aptitude for administration, organization, clear communication, and follow-through on tasks.
• Must be based in the US.

• Eagerness to learn more about media planning and paid media strategy.
• Pursuing a degree in a related field to advertising, marketing, media, etc.
• A strong curiosity and willingness to experiment with generative AI tools to improve marketing workflows and content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
