What you will do

  • Build and manage a structured advocacy program to provide Sales with ready-to-engage reference customers.
  • Produce compelling customer stories, case studies, and content assets to drive GTM velocity.
  • Develop lifecycle and adoption campaigns, including onboarding and feature nudges, to increase retention.
  • Lead the Customer Advisory Board and Executive Sponsorship Program to deepen strategic relationships.
  • Define KPIs and partner with RevOps to track program influence, reference utilization, and pipeline impact.
  • Utilize generative AI tools to streamline content creation, reporting, and message testing.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 3 years in customer marketing or advocacy.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo.
  • Proven track record of running advocacy programs that correlate with revenue or retention metrics.
  • Active, day-to-day use of generative AI tools for workflow efficiency.
  • Ability to operate independently in a startup-style, flat organization.

Nice to have

  • Background in cybersecurity, fraud prevention, or contact center technologies.
  • Experience planning and executing large-scale customer events or conferences.
  • Expertise in translating technical product complexity into clear customer value.
