What you will do
- Own day-to-day marketing operations requests, including workflow builds, property management, list creation, campaign setup, and automation troubleshooting in HubSpot.
- Build and maintain prospecting lists using Clay, Apollo, and HubSpot, including data enrichment, email verification, and segmentation.
- Use AI tooling to accelerate builds, write scripts, analyze data, and automate repetitive work.
- Maintain and improve data quality across our CRM through deduplication, standardization, enrichment, and property governance.
- Support reporting and attribution analysis, helping stakeholders understand pipeline influence and campaign performance.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a similar function.
- Strong working experience with HubSpot (or comparable marketing automation platform).
- Experience with data enrichment tools like Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.
- Comfortable with AI-assisted development tools.
- Technical aptitude: ability to write basic scripts, work with APIs, and use automation platforms.
- Strong data instincts and attention to data quality.
- Clear, direct communication style.
Nice to have
- HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or Clay certifications.
- Experience in financial services, energy, or B2B marketplace environments.
- Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (Omni, Looker, Tableau, or similar).
- Experience with Linear, Asana, or similar project management tools.
- Background working with commercial/sales teams in a high-growth environment.
- Experience building or maintaining lead scoring models.
