What you will do
- Champion alignment between marketing, inbound demand, and field execution.
- Execute outbound and inbound campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
- Research, map, and expand pipeline of accounts and opportunities.
- Qualify opportunities based on customer needs, timelines, budgets, and decisions.
- Secure service contract renewals and upsell multi-year agreements.
- Drive instrument consumables utilization with sales and service teams.
- Collaborate with Territory Account Managers and Sales Directors for hand-offs.
- Utilize CRM and prospecting tools to track activity and optimize outreach.
- Provide insights on market trends, competition, and customer pain points.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Genetics, or related life-science field.
- Solid grasp of genetics and molecular-biology applications.
- 2-4 years in sales development, inside sales, or pipeline roles in life sciences or genomics.
- Demonstrated ability to meet pipeline and renewal targets.
- Exceptional organization, prioritization, and time-management skills.
- Fluent in English and fluent French or Spanish.
Nice to have
- Hands-on genomics or laboratory research experience, especially in Clinical/BioPharma.
- 2+ years in opportunity development or sales in life sciences.
- Familiarity with NGS and genotyping technologies.
- Experience with prospecting tools, CRM, and multichannel strategies.
