What you will do
- Manage, analyze, and follow up on CRM leads and Partner Program quarterly results.
- Organize distributor and company events, including promo creation and participant follow-up to increase sales.
- Execute outbound calls and handle inbound enquiries to promote and sell security solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to understand and meet their requirements.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of sales data, including orders, payments, and forecasts.
- Coordinate sales demonstrations, presentations, and collaborate across departments for a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B inside sales.
- Native Spanish and English (B2-C1) proficiency.
- Must be based in Spain.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to empathize with customers and provide effective solutions.
- Resilience and adaptability to a fast-paced sales environment.
