What you will do

  • Manage, analyze, and follow up on CRM leads and Partner Program quarterly results.
  • Organize distributor and company events, including promo creation and participant follow-up to increase sales.
  • Execute outbound calls and handle inbound enquiries to promote and sell security solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to understand and meet their requirements.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of sales data, including orders, payments, and forecasts.
  • Coordinate sales demonstrations, presentations, and collaborate across departments for a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B inside sales.
  • Native Spanish and English (B2-C1) proficiency.
  • Must be based in Spain.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to empathize with customers and provide effective solutions.
  • Resilience and adaptability to a fast-paced sales environment.
